Baguio City : Be da Best!

5:15 AM

Welcome to the City of Pines!

As part of school’s requirements, we went to Baguio last September 30, 2010 to attend conference but everyone who joined had fun in the "Summer Capital of the Philippines"!

One of tourist’s destinations that I really enjoyed was the Burnham Park. I go for riding a bicycle and paddling boat.

My classmates and I busy ourselves in taking pictures at the Baguio Botanical Garden.

The Mansion is designed by William E. Parsons as part of the Burnham plan for Baguio. It was destroyed in 1945 during the World War but restored in 1947. It has also been a venue of many important events in the Philippines.

We went to PMA, and I learned that the officers are prohibited from laughing while tourists taking pictures of them. (lol)

Support our kababayan farmers by buying their strawberry jam from Strawberry Farm.

Aside from the many tourist spots that you can visit in the city, it’s also home to native ethnic groups such as the Igorots. And please.... do not afraid to imitate them!

Never ever forget to buy souvenirs for your folks before going home! Lots of souvenir items are scattered along the tourist spots and shops.

After the long and tiring day, we end up of craving for  food.

Overall, I enjoyed my travel in Baguio City! I have a lot of stories to tell, but one night is not enough!
See you guys in my next posts!
